Another Fourth of July and another BBQ to battle. This one will be of our own making. I will have to shop for, cook, and try not to drool over all my favorites. The good news is that I will have home court advantage. I will make sure there is a turkey burger nestled among the brats and shit. Just for me! Lots of water and maybe even a workout will have me right where I need to be.
It's a plan at least...
Yesterday was great. I spent the day sweating in the yard. Not a traditional workout but I am sore all over this morning. And I discovered something. I enjoy yard work... I know, right?! It was quiet, and I enjoyed working toward a defined goal... Shhh, don't tell the missus!
Anyway, have a good Fourth! Be safe, cause I'm tired of reading about people kicking the bucket. And for fucks sake stay away from that potato salad...
